GUILTFILTER RECORDS are giving away 3 copies of the newly pressed Limited Edition 12" vinyl version of Guiltfilter's 2022 LP La Bandera. The very limited run of La Bandera vinyl features full color artwork, all the lyrics printed on the inner sleeve and a bonus track in the form of our She's My 2022 re-release single. To recap the LP was originally recorded in 2019 by Colin Wynne & Mark Opitz at 30 mill studios and the vinyl mastering was also done there by Colin. We pressed the album at Zenith Records who are independent and extremely bloody fantastic to work with.

A RADICAL SHIFT FOR GUILTFILTER

OK so going forward GUILTFILTER RECORDS acts are shifting way, way away from the music industry and venue gigs in a big way. The new album OFFLINE, due out soonish, shall be released as a audio visual performance and we are very much now a performance art group containing musicians and artists and filmmakers and we are going to be putting on our own shows at various places.

So in fact the only link to the music and venue industry shall be legacy releases on streaming services and invites by other artists to perform at venue shows (if any). This is going to allow us to put on fucking wild and spectacular Guiltfilter Dolls type shows in our own settings with our own sound and lights and performances:

Guiltfilter did around 25 shows last year and we were permitted to use our great sound engineer LocknLoad Lofty at only one venue, and he had to use all there equipment. This is not workable - the custom sound and lights are critical for Guiltfilter shows.

Most of the venues enforced so many restrictions it was ridiculous and have replaced band bookers who attend gigs and network with the bands with an email address. We wont even have discuss the demeaning financial terms venues are enforcing on bands because of greedflation and we wont discuss the fact venues put $0 into promotions for the events.
